What are the Collect & Drop Off times?

Pick up at 4pm on your first day of hire, and drop off at 4pm om your last day of hire.

Is there a minimum Hire period?
Yes, the shortest time you can hire a camper is 5 days

Are pets allowed?
Sorry no pets due to odours and hairs

Do I need to clean the camper? 
Yes. The camper must be returned in the clean condition you received it, if further cleaning is required there is a charge of £25

What fuel is in the Camper? 
You will receive the camper with a FULL TANK OF LPG and 1/2 a TANK of Petrol. You must return the camper with OVER half of petrol and A FULL TANK of LPG

Where can I get LPG? 
There are over a 1000 filling stations in the UK. In the camper is a small book which lists all the LPG stations in the UK

What happens if I run out of LPG? 
Then you simply press a button and you will be running on Petrol, it really is that simple

What happens if I am late returning the vehicle?
The impact of late returns will inevitably be charged for (see terms & conditions) Being held up in traffic is what could happen to anyone and is not an excuse, please ensure you arrive on time for your collection and drop off

Why do I need to pay £500 in cash? 
This is paid upon collection of the camper and is a security deposit incase there is an accident or other damage to the vehicle. It is accepted of course that there may be reasonable wear and tear

Will you notify me when I need to pay my balance? 
No. this is your responsibilty as set out in the terms and conditions
